MedView Sets 2018 Record

In 2018, MedView Systems (MVS) had a record year, providing over 14,000 sets of instructions to 6,400+ home bound patients. Patients  relied on MVS to assist them in managing their home medical equipment, therapies and conducting critical medical procedures.

MedView Systems is a resource to home care patients who use medical equipment, infusion therapies and clinical procedures. Each of MVS’ 400+ sets of instructions, include demonstration videos, user manuals and other helpful tips. The instruction “content” (videos, manuals and FAQ documents) have been provided by the manufacturers, medical facilities and clinical associations.

According to research studies, home care patients experience fewer re-admissions, less anxieties and have greater patient satisfaction when they have access to instructions. Patients are 30% less likely to be re-admitted or visit the ER, when they are educated in post-care instructions. 43% of discharged patients, forget physician instructions, 3 hours after they leave the office or hospital.

Home care patients and their caregivers are overwhelmed with the complex directives for managing their medical equipment therapies at home.
