Accu-Chek Combo system – Insulin pump
Diabetes management that fits in the palm of your hand. The Accu-Chek Combo system is a two-way interactive system that combines a “smart” blood glucose meter with a reliable insulin pump. You can easily and quickly calculate your bolus on the meter and, using Bluetooth® technology discreetly send it to the pump, without touching it. The Accu-Chek Combo insulin pump system – a high level of freedom in insulin pump therapy.

0.05 U/h to 25 U/h; 24 hourly basal rates can be adjusted in increments of 0.01 (up to 1.00 U/h), 0.05 (up to 10.0 U/h) and 0.1 (up to 25.0 U/h)

Alerts for blockages, low insulin cartridge, out-of-range test results, low pump or meter battery: Alerts include beeping, information on the display and vibrations.
Dual microprocessors: If a defect or fault occurs in one processor, it is identified by the other. The motor is immediately switched off and an error appears on the insulin pump and connected meter.
Key lock prevents accidental use.
Pump can be operated independently of the meter, if necessary.

The Accu-Chek Spirit Combo insulin pump
- Flexibility to adjust your basal rate to as low as 0.05 units/hour—in increments as small as 0.01 units—if you require small amounts of basal insulin
- Temporary Basal Rate function lets you quickly adjust basal rate delivery to match changing conditions (illness, exercise, stress, premenstrual, etc.)
- Pump can operate independently of the meter, should the need arise
- The cartridge holds up to 315 units of U-100, which maximizes convenience as daily insulin needs change
